The Dimondale Farmers' Market operates on Thursdays, June through September from 3-7 p.m. and during October from 3-6 p.m.  It's located at 136 N. Bridge Street, Dimondale, in the Village Square.  2020 is the 13th season of this healthy endeavor.  We'll host our usual, extraordinary vendors and a newbie or two to spice things up this year - over 15 quality sources of locally produced and grown food!  We now accept Project Fresh, Market Fresh, Bridge Cards and Double Up.

Our Mission is to make the Dimondale Farmers' Market a destination for the whole family with a focus on providing our community with healthy, regionally-produced food and food products.  The Market is designed to bring families, neighbors, visitors and local producers together to create a spirit of community, enhance the quality of life and strengthen the local economy.

   It's Official - We'll Open on June 4th!

The news is good and we couldn't be happier to open for business. We plan to do so safely and because of that we'll look a bit different - at least for starters. We won't have live music or education or special events to begin. We will have at least a dozen vendors and our friendly volunteers to greet and serve you as we open. You'll notice more routine sanitizing and everyone keeping their distance and wearing masks. We care enough about the health and welfare of our community to do whatever is recommended to keep the virus away.

We can do this and you can help by coming prepared to:

  1.  Shop solo

  2.  Wear a mask

  3.  Practice social distancing

  4. Browse with your eyes not your hands

As we adjust to changing conditions and these new practices, our schedule will change slightly - we'll operate from 3:00 to 6:00 pm during the month of June. We can't invite you to linger, but we do invite you to join us for the 13th season of the Dimondale Farmers' Market - assured of our commitment to fresh, local food and your safety!

Why Shop Locally?

The best tasting foods ripen close to home.  Food travels an average of 1,500 miles from farm to table and accounts for fifty percent of the trucks on our interstate system.  Buying Michigan locally grown food is a fresher choice. (Select Michigan)
